I do know that if I put my unit on a depo, stack it with an HQ, set it to refit, then it has a better chance to receive replacements. I wait a turn and hopefully its actual TOE goes up a little.
My question is, is there a way to precisely determine that X unit had Y Pz IIIs in say i turn 10, however in the next turn it got reinforced with another 10 tanks.
Right now all I see is the following:

Replacements -66. I would assume some damaged elements were taken back to the rear area for repair? OK, but did it get extra riflemen? Armored cars? AA guns? Anything?
Same goes for aircraft.

I have the pretty beaten up JG54 above but despite them being at supply priority 4, I am unable to tell whether they have recieved extra planes or not. Better yet, I have zero idea whether planes get reinforced on the airfield at all or unless I pull them back to the national reserve they aint getting anything.
On the other hand:

The production screen shows that SOMEONE built 200 Bf 109F-2s and since there are only 22 of them is lying idly in the pool, I would assume that this 200 planes have been distriputed to on map units.
Id greatly appreciate if someone more educatated in the intricacies or production/reinforcement distribution could give me a brief rundown of how this works or point me to a thread where the above is explained.
Thanks,
