Impulse #3 (Axis)

Axis makes two attacks.

First versus the Gorki militia in the Moscow region. No Axis support. German ENG is activated helping two units in crossing the river. Current odds is 38:4, or automatic. USSR has one bomber that can add one point in defensive support. Axis can not intercept. Will USSR fly here?
