1.25 logistics trucks missing

Here's a situation where logistics trucks disapear at crossroads. I experimented a bit with preview before taking screenshots. Namely I removed a road connection compared to the save I uploaded here. It's not important in itself, it leads to a dead end with nothing to supply and had a traffic sign to block anything but pull points however it seems linked to the issue.

Let's start with the initial logistics view.

Here we can see there's some 3k logistics gone in one hex. Logistics log shows the logistics are simply not sent.

Removing the South road connection fixed the issue in preview, however the same patterns happen at the next crossroads, ie. the city (there's no logistics asset to refocus).

Those were logistical points coming from really far away. They were kept out because engine thought they could not pass more than 11 crossroads and still have points left. That cap was obviously too low.

I'm still missing trucks in the same game but closer to the SHQ this time.

According to the preview it should be fixed next turn. We had a few turns since the update so it shouldn't be linked to old code.
