New ELO game?

Hi - I'm looking to start a new ELO game. Don't mind which side.

Usual ELO rules + the following:
- No exp farm
- No Italian Naval out of Med before DoW
- No DoW on Japan until PH

Please PM me if interested. I'm in the UK and can typically manage at least a turn a day.

I am interested Pete, I will go Allies if you like as last time I was Axis. I will PM you but we cant do anything till server is up.
