1.25 wouldn't download

The start screen download didn't work, so I went to "My Page" and downloaded the file but got this:

Error: The specified file: 'G:\Masterinstall\_InstallerLicenceAgreement\Master Non Business EULA 2018.txt' could not be found.

I had the same issue, but you can continue past it by clicking that you accept the terms and hitting the next button.
