there should be some pop control happiness if u have high governance and autocracy to spread propaganda,
boosting vidcom and "happiness" currently there is no discontent tracker or work obedience.
youth groups to boost recruitment or recruiting freefolk.
soldier priviliges to increase morale and readiness. think of starship troopers how u got nice officer quarters.
or right to vote.
