Locking Generic Data

Post by Dereck »

At what release version did it become possible to lock the generic data to use as internal generic data in the editor?

How was modifying generic data done before it was able to be locked?

I believe it was 1.2.51.

Before that, you had to modify the generic data file and these would then apply to all scenarios.

How did you edit the generic data files?

You have to click down there and then select which data you want to edit :)

Were you able to make backups before editing the data?

I have had to do this manually.

Save off those data files to a different directory in case you need to restore them, later.
