Editor CSV names should be updated after changing scenario name

The editor allows a user to rename the current scenario they are editing.

However, when attempting to IMPORT / EXPORT CSV files, the Editor still uses the OLD scenario name.

You have to save the scenario and reload it before the editor uses the correct CSV file names.

The following is an example of, after changing the Scenario name, the editor still uses the incorrect CSV file names for import / export.

I think this is WAD. If we had an editor manual, it's something that should be mentioned. I will move this to the mod area so the info gets out to modders. Thanks for the report.

It feels very strange to change the name of the scenario, and even after saving it with the new scenario name, to subseqently have to close the scenario and reopen it before the generated CSV filenames are updated.

I don't know of any other application, anywhere, that has that kind of UI behavior. If you can think of one, let me know.

The generated CSV file names reference the scenario name when generating the name to be used for the exported file.

I do not feel that it is unexpected that when the scenario name changes, that all references to the scenario name are also updated as well. In fact, given a group of complete novices to the game, I assert that would be the expected default behavior.

The only instance I can think of where that would not be the default behavior is when users are given the option of changing the CSV table file names themselves. Well, the editor doesn't provide that either.... which is also somewhat weird.

(how many times have you had to go manually change CSV file names just so the Editor would import it into the correct scenario? I know I have to do it all the time which is also annoying...)
