WorldWindow OnPaint exception

I'm getting this error at random in CMO. Tried verifying and reinstalling it, no effect. Seems to happen on loadout screens mostly.

Any idea what's causing it? I'm guessing from the name it's a visual/GPU issue. Running a RTX 3080 Ti with up to date drivers.

Could you attach the dxlog? To perform this, select the start menu in Windows, type dxdiag, run it, then select Save All Information and upload that file.

From our past experience this can often happen if some other application is "fingering" Command's render loop. Please shut down all other programs, including "helper" applications like GPU applets (MSI Afterburner etc. etc.). Then see if this persists.
