The Saudi oil is much more efficient than other people's oil. It can be used by both sides!

The US, not Germany, used this oil for reorganization, so this is purely cosmetic. I do wonder if the oil had not been used for reorganization, would it have been available to both sides, although neither side could transport it with the current set up. (The Allied CP in the Persian Gulf is tied up transporting a build point to Russia.) However, I do not wonder hard enough to spend time investigating the question. I am just posting these two screens for your amusement.
Actually, I just noticed that the NEI oil is just as good as the Saudi oil. The three NEI oil that the Japanese used for reorganization also showed up on the CW screen. The fourth NEI oil, which is being shipped to Japan, did not. [Edited in later.]
