Latest patch: unable to build ship in foreign yard

1890 start, Japan.

Design a CA for a British yard (max capacity 15000 tons) at 9000 tons. My yards are not yet expanded.

Design is paid for, and after 3 months the build screen comes up but when I give the order to actually build then thing I get the error message that my yards are not big enough. Reminder: I want this to be built abroad, exactly because my yards are too wee. It's been a few months since I played the game, but I'd swear that for countries with small yards it was possible to order foreign large vessels. I can't see an obvious option to indicate that I want this built in Britain not Japan, unless of course the UI's fabled microscopic font has defeated me.

Anyway, you're correct that up to now, a ship is built in the yard it's designed for so that you could order bigger ships from abroad..
