Wehrmacht Security Unit disappearance

Turn 8 on my first run-through of the Barbarossa campaign and I notice the security units have all disappeared. Was hoping for a fast answer rather than wade through the rules. I imagine they are removed to abstractly fight the growing partisan presence behind the lines, oder?

:EDIT: nm I just discovered the Soviet Garrison list, now to figure that out. Every day a little more of this....

If you select the unit and open the context menu (right-mouse) you see in the last line: "Withdraw 7SG" (means ...)
