Good grief! Matrix must have wrapped the patch up and put it under the X-mas tree. I've got patch scratch fever and December is a lonnng way off. [&o]

Well, Matrix is already up to patch suffix letter "j" as of this morning. So, it shouldn't be too much longer based on the simple fact that they're going to run out of letters in the alphabet to suffix the installer with real soon. :)

We have signed off on the patch today. Matrix will be making an announcement as soon as they have made the necessary arrangements for downloading it. Hooray!!! [:D]

what makes me laugh is this...

everyone on this forum is raging about how good the game is....and yet....they keep on about the patch like the game is unplayable without it!!!

Now, if the game is playable and it's that good...why the eagerness for the patch? Some people have to wait for patches before a game is workable on their PC!!

Just a humorous observation and no intention to slate anyone.

Ahhhh I cant take much more of this, please tell me the manual is with the patch!

That's a good observation :)

But I think people are awaiting the patch not because the game is buggy and the patch will correct bugs (this game is not bugged at allin its present state), but rather because this patch actually improves or refine quite a few aspects of the game. Have a look at the patch notes and you will understand what I mean.
