I forgot cursed. Perhaps because I seldom curse the die. When I curse it is usually at the die result, or at my bad luck. But, when cursing the die has happened it has been a really bad string of rolls.

USA declared war on Peru. Negotiations over a trade dispute boiled over. Peru only has two ships so I placed them outside of Lima to give them some chance of escape. I don't think it matters much but aligned them to Japan.

Rules question: Kunming was a legitimate strategic bombing target because it has saved oil stacked in the hex, so the Chinese could run the factory if they wanted to. That oil is the only way that Kunming could be run, as there is no other oil or resource that can reach the factory. Kunming was hit, so the Chinese will lose a production point. Do they have to feed oil to the inoperative factory, or is the production point that was destroyed built out of nothing?

The PP is built out of nothing. Unless, of course, the Chinese want to spend an oil and get nothing in return. Since the rule state that if they could do it. Not that they must. Also, I am pretty sure I have had this happen plenty of times before and not needing to use the oil.

All, of course, with the normal additions that I am not 100% sure of anything about the rules in MWIF.
