If that is an American rank, that is either a Lieutenant General or a Vice Admiral. Since the background is green, that probably is not a US Navy admiral.
You got it perfectly. It is a Swedish Captain. Although easily mistaken by an American as an Lieutenant General.

Imagine a Swedish DAT Captain as an official guest on a US tank training centre. And they were given the order to "give him the respect, and courtesy, of his rank as he deserves". The Captain, after a while, discovered that they thought he was an General and that he was treated as such. The Captain thought it was rather harmless, and a bit of a laugh. But then he was asked if he wanted to ride along in a tank, and he answered that he would like to drive one of them. The DAT Captain then tried that tank to see its limits in an obstacle course. No harm done except the shock of seeing the tank handled like that.

Story told over a beer, or two. So take it for what it is. A silly story.

The point is that some tankers want to try out their equipment. Maybe they are just bored, and want a laugh. Even though they are skilled, and mostly behave responsibly.

Picture of Swedish officer ranks. Lowest grade to the left, and highest rank to the right. Maybe we should change it again if we join NATO?

Oh no, don't change the ranks!

That is a funny story and by not changing the ranks it may lead to many more.

Usually a lower ranking person salutes the officer BUT if the lower ranking person has been presented with the Medal of Honor and the higher ranking person has not been awarded that medal, then the higher ranking officer salutes the lower ranking person.

It is a morning.

Hey fine folks hope your doing well.

Have a crummy cold and the only thing that makes me feel better right now is hot tea and reading the MWIF manual and doing the tutorials.

Cheers

Try whiskey or brandy, lemon, and honey in your tea. Equal amounts or more from the left to the right. You can mix some of them up to take by the spoonful for your throat.

Heat up a cup of red wine (the darker the better) or maybe even grape juice, then put in a teaspoon to a tablespoon of lemon juice in it. The skin of the grapes have antibacterial, antiviral, and antifungal properties.

For a sore throat, either gargle with mouthwash or something 40% ethanol (80 proof) and then spit it out.

Chicken soup with LOTS of onion and garlic. You can also just use hot water, soup base, onion powder and garlic powder or chicken broth with the onion and garlic.

For nasal congestion, ether tear gas or heat. Turn up a heating pad and lay face down on it, making sure that the bridge of your nose gets the heat and work it back to behind the ears. The heat will help clear the sinuses but not as fast as tear gas.

You are most welcome!

Unfortunately, a medical center would not dispense the tear gas when I asked for some. Maybe I should have asked the law enforcement people for some!

Good morning!

That could be a problem if trees and bushes start to bloom and then it gets colder. The buds will freeze and then no fruits and berries . . .
