[FIXED] 1328.12 F-35 jammer works against all frequency bands but DB says it works in I/J band

F-35 OECM Jammer working on I/J bands is able to suppress multiple (AFAIR 17) radars spanning multiple technology levels and A/B/C/D/E/F/G/H bands.

Scenario attached with most common radars found in Russian EW sites + S-400a & b.

F-35 is not detected at all and basically flies over the radar site. All radars on blue side show up as jammed (JAM icon is present against every single one).

When OECM is disabled F-35 gets detected at proper ranges (based on in game RCS data and altitude).

It looks it does not work as intended (unless i am missing something). Would you mind investigating?
