[FIXED] 1328.13 SM-6s Peter Out Way Short of Max Range

SM-6 Blk IBs are petering out at what looks to be 2/3rd their max range. They have plenty of rocket fuel burn time left, according to the DB. See save, with log, and one SM-6 currently airborne.
