Peace of Moscow - unlocking

I am curios how I can unlock Peace of Moscow in the Great Northern War campaign. I conquered the city of Moscow, but what other Russian cities I have to control to unlock the peace and thus win the game?

Unfortunately the game was abandoned too soon with Philippe Thibaut departure.

The WSS was unofficially modded and fixed by Bohemond.

But the GNW did not get this treatment.

Thank you for the answer. I have also tried on Steam, but no luck so far.

I have tried to find the specific conditions for this event in the game files, but haven't been able to find them

It's too bad they abandoned the development as it was a very very interesting period that seldomly appears in games, except Europa Universalis and a mod for Napoelon or Empire total war.
