Looking for Experienced ELO Opponent

Would prefer Allies, trying to see if there is a path to victory against an experienced Axis player
Standard ELO rules plus:
- No exp farming
- No Italian combat ships outside of Med before DoW
- No Allied DoW on Japan before 12-7-1941
