How should we handle the two missing German CBV?

In our previous games they were simply ignored. They should be available to be built for Germany from the start. However, they are seems to be placed in the wrong pool thus they are not available. This is a bug.

Should we ignore them in this game as well. Or should we try an edit to get them to the right pool (the force pool)? Or is there another option?

Germany declares war on Belgium.

Land action for Germany, combined for Italy and Japan.

Italy returned their transport from Bardia to La Spezia. Japan moved three cruisers loaded with land division units loaded into the Bismarck Sea. Their other naval move was to move a task force into the Bay of Bengal two box. This task force contains a loaded transport (marine) with BBs and a carrier.

Germany rebases their Stuka in Prussia to Lubeck. Japan rebases their nav to near Singora. One bomber moves from Umezu area to Canton. Italy rebases a fighter and the Alcione around Sicily.
