With all the tank classification changes and new OB it may now be an option to remove the foreign light tanks from the light tank's substitution list. Germany just has the 35t and both 38t models as light tanks.
Most german OB that should use these tanks are explicitely calling for them. Would need some investigations for the two italian (R-35, FT-17-37) and Romanian (T-60) and their possible usage, might be covered by reclassification for the T-60

From my point ov view, it's a good idea!

Maybe I'm wrong, but in a previous patch, Amphibious HQs shouldn't be removed or disband if they end one or several turns in a sea hex? I'm not sure about that?
In any case it's been a long time since I saw an amphibious HQ stuck in a sea hex for 2 tuns (and maybe more in december?)

Thanks for the .10 beta patch! Is there a way to manually update the map for my OOB mod?

If you're talking about getting the latest map files into a modded scenario you have, you could do this by locking your data in the scenario file and then selectively updating just the data files that have to do with the map. You'd need to keep a copy of your old set of generic data files. Then update your game to the latest version. You'll see that several of the generic data files have changed. With your scenario with locked data loaded, you can then select which of the data files you want to update in that scenario. Once you've saved your scenario, you can revert to your saved older copy of generic data files as desired. Before doing this you should PM Denniss to make sure that his map changes are not going to cause problems with an older scenario file. I don't think they will, but better to ask. Also, be sure you keep copies of all your generic and scenario files so you can go back if you want to.

I'm using the .09 Beta in my game vs the AI. Would it be advisable to update to version .10 Beta?

The only impact will be the halftrack with mortars fix. If you're starting a new game though, it would be good to update as you'll get the benefit of data changes.
