The twin-engine Handley Page Hampden is apparently not good enough either. Back to planning for Bomber Command.

The oil is being saved in Mukden, Manchuria. I'll move this saved oil elsewhere if need be, especially if USSR invades Manchuria. It should be saved in Canton but keeps resetting for some reason.

That should get you to Axis builds.

Remove the Do 17E and M from the map for Germany.

Lend 6 resources from Germany to Italy.

If Axis win initiative, the Axis will move first but no reroll.

And a rule appeared that I find way to harsh. I suggest that we find a way to work around it. I find it ridiculous. I might change my opinion on this if anyone could suggest something similar happening during WWII.

The German NAV3 was destroyed. See picture. How do we fix it?

The garrison doesn't matter. We could go back and change the GARR location, but the plane would still be on a frozen lake and destroyed. Bah!
