SPWAW play on a LAN???

SPWaW is a tactical squad-level World War II game on single platoon or up to an entire battalion through Europe and the Pacific (1939 to 1945).

SPWAW play on a LAN???

Post by mcbradley »

Howdy SPWAW gurus,

I'm not quite set up for it at home yet, but can SPWAW be played head-to-head between 2 PCs over a local area network??? I didn't see anything on this in the manual, perhaps I missed it.

As long as it is set up to support TCP/IP. I have a 4 port hub and 2 PCs and a laptop and have played 2 on 1 very successfully...

Excellent! As long as I know it can be done, I'll figure out how to do it once I get the hardware.

Thanks!

I have also been playing SPWAW LAN, with a great result. The only thing that bother me is my friends, they seem to think that Counter-Strike (A Halflife mod, for all you folks that haven't been noticing it!!!!) is the only game available multiplayer!

I'm really looking for a buddy in Sweden who wants to play SPWAW with me, it seems hopless though... and that is sad of course!

Looking for a fight... someone?
