Or maybe not. :)
Yes, it is a bore war. Or drôle de guerre as our Allies to the south say.

No breakdowns.

Send 3 saved oil to production for Germany. Italy and Japan should be set correctly.

Also, I swapped the Lyons Militia with the French division in the adjacent hex. Even though it shouldn't, the corps sized unit was preventing the resource adjacent to Turin from being transported to that hex for production.
Yes. That is one of the extra enjoyments of the perfect resource transportation system. It is in fact extra perfect so that you can solve this riddle in multiple ways. Another way to go is to send the resource going to Turin (the resource that prevents the Turin resource from being used) to another factory. But wait, it gets even better than that. If you send the resource to the wrong factory the resource goes idle instead of going to production. All this fun, and more, is included so that the system is easy to use, always right, and always use the resources in the best possible way.

Bah!

Another fun feature.

The Sian resource goes to idle for no apparent reason at all. More relaxing to be idle than going to production?

Fun thing. When I checked in the previous step the resource went to production. And now it is not. As I said. The system is perfect. Any perceived errors is because you do not use the system correctly. Bah again.

Reinforcements:

Put pilots in the 4 tactical rating 109 fighter and the 5 tactical bomber rating Stuka for Germany. Place fighter in Aachen and Bomber in Cologne. Scheer in Kiel. Paratrooper in Frankfurt.

Put a pilot in the 4 tactical rating Falco for Italy. Place it in Naples.

Place the Japanese cruiser in Tokyo.

No change in lending.

If the Axis win initiative, the Axis will move first but no reroll.

Seems that 1 saved oil should be enough for 15 BPs. There were some resources that were listed as going to production but when clearing their orders they were in reality on 'idle'.

The perfect resource system that keeps on giving fun gifts.

Axis wins the initiative with the tiniest of margins (Axis 3, Allies 4).

No declarations of War.

Land for Germany, combined for Japan, naval for Italy. Germany played an O-chit on Rundstedt.

Two ground strikes in the pictures below. The interceptors for Germany are two BF109s, one with a 5 and the other a 4 tactical rating.

Intercept?

Sorry, should have listed the naval moves. Japan brought the Marine from Singora to Tientsin in Northenr China. Other transport picked up the Kyoto militiat in Japan Sea.

Italy brought the CP in Italian Coast back to Port. The task force in East Med returned to La Spezia. They also moved a transport loaded with Germany Corps from Trieste into one box of Italian Coast. They also moved a cruiser task force into the 4 box of the Italian Coast.

I will proceed with the interception as I don't think Italy's naval moves will stop the intercept.
