How to delay entry?

I'm designing a scenario and I want part of a force to come in later. I have forgotten how to do this. How to make it so units can come in later in the scenario?

Related to this, how can I see what the command cycle time will be so I can set units to come in to meet a command cycle pause?

Disregard, I figured it out... it's in the Unit Parameters drop down sub-menu.
