A couple years ago, another player decided to sail the entire British fleet to the Pacific and attack Japan in early 1941, a political and logistical impossibility in 1941. Recently it got me to thinking about triggered AI actions for this. I think the game should hammer British morale if a player pulls this, much like the French for evacuating their colonies to France. I propose a morale penalty each turn for Britain if they do not keep X number of ships within X number of hexes of a British home port. With the message at the end of each turn announcing that the "British people demand the return of the home fleet". At least if someone tries this stunt, there will be penalties.

no sense to bring the 9 german subs blockade the british port plus 9 german ships doing whatever a soon invasion over britain can happend
