Ship naming bug

Hey everyone.

I ran into an issue where a building multiple ships of a class would call the same name repeatedly without incrementing the name selector either (sorry, didn't grab a screenshot of how the name selector would show the offending name).

It's a modded game (custom nation), so I understand there might be a problem there.
