Looking for Opponent ELO 1939 game [CLOSED]

I can do 2-4 turns a week and don't mind taking either side.

std ELO rules +
- no exp farming
- no Italian navy out of Med before DOW
- no early attacks on Japan
- no DEI diplomacy
