Just about when I, or we, were ready to launch our counterstrike some wise stab offices decided to check the Rules of Engagement to see if all elements on the plan was allowed. Alas, one element of the plan was deemed outside the Rules so the plan in its current form is scrapped. I will sleep on it to see if it can be redone to work. If not, then it might be tried at a later date.
