Air XP Sov - strange changes

Dear Forum,

we notice in our game for the second time a strange change of experience for the Soviet side.
With the beginning of Oct 44 the Sovjet player noticed an unexplainable "upgrade" of 5-10 XP for his air force.

The first time we saw that same thing (sometime in 43) it changed the air situation from absolute German air superiority to contested. We haven't seen -except for one devastating encounter- the results of that last change yet.

Any ideas?

Soviet air national morale raises by 5 points in 4/43, 1/44 and 10/44 so you may see the effect of this.
