[FIXED][1328.15] Weird ship group behavior

Iranian group 1332 starts out not moving and awaits its target to become a contact on a mission Convoy Intercept. If you hit start, the individual ships start moving in different direction and the lead never moves. In .14, the group and mission operate correctly.
