Intercept with the 109 in the hex. Land in Liege. What I might decide with a result that is my choice depends on several factors so I will need to make the decision.
USSR:
The ART continue to travel westwards through Siberia.
Land movement:
CW:
BEF retreat to Lille in an attempt to link up with French forces.
Minor movement in Egypt.
France:
The main army retreat in a slow, controlled, order to create a defence in depth.
Forces in the Alp region are moved towards Vichy to fill a hole in the French defences.
Maginot line is now completely lost.

Simple turn really. No air missions. Germany advanced units for two attacks on the Western Front. Japan advanced for an attack on Chengchow. Italy advanced into Southern France.
Declined air support for you here as I get the impression these two units are 'taking one for the team'.
