looking for cargo ops help

hi, I'm playing showcase icebreaker build .15. Since so many of the newer scenarios are making cargo missions a part of the game i finally told myself its time to learn/watch the vid's etc. i believe I have finally figured out the steps to get weapons and ammo and sonobuoys loaded into the available containers then onto the C-17s at Whidbey island then assign them to a cargo mission to Prudhoe bay. once i have unloaded the containers none of the buoys show as available in the ready / arm window just the weapons. when i go to the magazine they show up under generic magazine. i cant figure out where i hosed this up.

Which can be automated by checking that neat little box while you create the mission
