[FIXED][1328.1x] Just. One. Mile. (no move orders shorter than 1 nm)

A helicopter switches to its waypoint's directives once it's a less than 1 nautical mile of it.

It also doesn't acknowledge a move order to a waypoint at less than 1 nautical mile from its position.

Both behaviors are problematic in cases where precise navigation is required. Many (C)SAR scripts requiring to hover at a close distance from stranded personnel to perform a recovery, eg.

Let the helicopter fly and observe that once it's within 1 nautical mile from its waypoint (quickjump 1), it will start to hover and reduce altitude. Ending up immobile way before where it's supposed to be. About 0.7nm away.

If you give a move order to close the distance, it won't budge. I may have heard the crew chief yelling "get on your feet", but I'm not sure.

To get it where you actually need it to be, you've got to establish a waypoint beyond 1 nautical away and manually order a hover once it comes around its target. Which is a pain, and not recommended performing under time pressure.
