Iran Air Defense Force - AN/TPS-70

Hi - I'm curious as to how the Iranian Air Defense Force acquired their AN/TPS-70 radars. If the AN/TPS-70 went into service in 1986 this would have been after the Iranian revolution.

Were these radars delivered to Iran as part of the Iran-Contra deals?
