V1.25G Regime Feat Passives not working

It appears that several regime feats are not working, notably Capable Supervisors as well as Capable Small Business. Neither of these are applying the passive credit and food income as they used to. Came back to the game recently and noticed these not working. Not sure what other ones are not working either. Tested this with the latest open beta and the stable build.

Potentially the fix for the 'Capable Small Business' not applying 2 credits per 1000 pop:

In Debug mode, under 4)SE Data -> 320) Helper Regime Feat Type Fx, change 'Type' on Row 53 from 1 to 5. This temporarily fixes the problem with credits not generating in your game.

Edit - Appears to only factor in one zone's population, if I recall it used to factor in all of your zones

Not able to find a simple fix for the Capable Supervisors issue, unless does the food income not show? Should it not show over your food resource as x food produced due to Capable Supervisors or am I incorrect?

Just verified this, but it works. Food is not logged anywhere though and directly added to inventory of Zone.
Credits is logged in Treasury Report.

Thanks for the prompt response, did some more tests and did not realize that the food isn't logged.

I have realized what I was actually seeing: Looks like your capital zone is NOT included as population counted for the credits and food anymore, unless that was intended now. I did not check if it happened to correlate with SHQ presence in the zone though.

I went a little overboard with my testing to conclude this. Last time I played was V1.12, as I have a laptop with that version still on it. I booted up the old version (1.12) and the current version for my tests. Back in 1.12 it counted your capital zone when doing the tally. So in the current version if you are stuck with one zone, you're not getting the passive benefit of the perks it seems?

Thanks, not sure if this is a problem, intended, or just on my end for some reason.

You are right actually. The capital zone of the first player was not being used indeed. Will be fixed for next open beta.
