Any way to change the unit icons for Empires in Turmoil back to NATO style?

I can only get the silly pictures to show and prefer proper markers.

It sounds as though you may have activated a mod.

You can activate/deactivate graphical mods by going to Settings -> Mods and ticking (or in this instance, unticking) the various mods.
