Help need - PBEM testing

This is a very quick test. Scenario is Pacific 1942.

Japanese first turn:
1. Just press the End Turn button.

US first turn:
1. Move the three subs in Pearl Harbor (hex 166,68), in Raider mode, to hex 118,68.
2. Press the End Turn button.

Japanese second turn:
1. Move the seven DDs in Tokyo (hex 80,78), in Fleet mode, to hex 117,68.
2. Verify that a Surface Pursuit is done in hex 118,68.
3. Press the End Turn button.

US second turn:
1. Move any number of surface ships in Pearl Harbor (hex 166,68), in Raider or Fleet mode, to hex 118,69.
2. Verify if the Japanese naval task force is doing a Surface Interdiction or nothing.

I can be the US player. I just need a Japanese player to help me.

Nirosi is the Japanese player. He has done a Surface Pursuit.

And there is a Japanese Interdiction, even if it fails. So I don't understand why I did not see it in the other PBEM.
It works then. Very strange.

I'll add that to my victories. In this "game" I inflicted most loses than I got

Well same PBEM. The game number is 445575. Pacific 1942 scenario.

My opponent has done another Surface Pursuit.

So I test by sending a lonely DD group in Raider mode. It does not work. No interception, the undo move button is available.

What is going on? I don't understand.
