So what's the deal with Rangoon-ship size

Post by SonofHibernia »

Good morning,
What is the largest size freighter or transport that can unload troops and equipment at Rangoon?..where can I find this? And if I have bigger ships..is it better to combat load or divert to Pegu? And are there any other ports like this?

Asking for a freind..lol

Any help is appreciated.

Portland, Oregon, and Stockton, California. For the Japanese side there are a number of deep inland ports on the Yangtze River in China as well. Going by memory I seem to recall that Canton and Saigon are river ports too.

Oh yeah. Always forget that one.

Then there is Komsomolsk on the Amur River, but I've yet to see the Soviets enter a game before Japan calls it quits.

Calcutta too. The big ships can't get further up delta than Diamond Harbor.

Pegu with the size zero port and tiny at start airfield? I'd stick with Rangoon and switch to a lower tonnage of ship.
