Is that a yes or a no? I realize the quote is more pertinent to the air war but i was trying to explain what I was doing and in restarting a new game I wanted to try to get a grip on handling SU's , And I did not know if I needed to do the same with the Romanian army HQ's units and there High Command?

In the Combat Results Report, the combat units have a number in parenthesis listed next to the unit name. What does that number mean? Combat Value?

Thanks.

Yes , gross combat value (before adjustments)
Molotov : This we did not deserve.

Foch : This is not peace. This is a 20 year armistice.

Just as a comment that really has no importance: The Rumanian Army took Odessa in 1941 with no help from the German Army. If that is impossible in the game on Normal setting, then, I am confused by this.

The bulk was Romanian but the Germans were also present.

The city was taken, though evacuated before by the Soviet army.

There are 4 digitized documents in the German archives after searching for "Odessa" and "Truppen".

In one of them I found the following document.

A German speaker may confirm, is it the composition of the German elements present in Odessa that were sent elsewhere after the siege was concluded?

This is an order to transfer several units from the german command in Odessa to 11th and 17th Army. That may not be all german units active there.

Thanks for taking a look Denniss :)

I thought they could be all because the date coincides with the end of the siege.
