Enemy shore batteries rise from the dead

Referring to the save file I sent in my last message, you will note that I had destroyed the coastal battery at the southern tip of Sakhalin in that battle. Nevertheless, in the next battle in the same location, only a month later, wonder of wonders, the enemy shore battery has been fully repaired! I don't know if this is WAD - it takes several months to build them, but maybe patching up damage is easier? Anyway, it was a little frustrating.

Considering a battery of heavy guns can teleport on a monthly basis...
