[FIXED] Bug Report (1328.16) - Rapid Dragon Deployment

Rapid Dragon appears broken with this most recent update. Each pallet will only launch 1 LRASM, rather than 9.

Imagine how shocked the Task Force Commander was. We can't destroy a PLAN CG, 2x DDG's, an FFG, and a CV with 10 LRASMs. There are going to be Congressional hearings about this! Harrumph!
