[FIXED] MLRS and unguided Aerial rockets

This issue with MLRS has been present since C-RAM. MLRS rockets either disappear before hitting their target or explode right out of the launcher.

1328.16 but issue has been present since 1328.11

save attached, depending on where mlrs units are positioned, the rockets will either detonate right away or disappear and never hit the target. All my scenarios involve MLRS and ground units so i see this issue daily.

Unfortunately not, the issue is still present in 1328.17, for me atleast.

From my recent testing, it seems that if the MLRS unit is lower than its target the rockets fire and impact fine.
