Possibly a stupid question

Hi

In the SOP Manager when you set Acceptable Losses to "Do or Die", is that specific order also subject to the simulations order delay system like the rest, or is it instant?

I'm hoping it's also delayed.

Thanks!

SOPs are considered part of the order in which they are set. The order has delay, and the SOP elements are part of that order. If you are changing a static order like hold or screen, any SOP changes are applied when turn resolution starts.

So if I check my unit (F4) and see that their Orders Delay is 1 mins, and I change their Acceptable Losses to Do or Die, and press Start for new round to commence, that unit will get the Do or Die order in 1 minute give or take?

Sorry I just need to be sure for my small brain :)

The new SOP will be active from the start of the turn. Technically, taking no time to establish as it is part of the standing order.
