[FIXED] [1328.15] Prosecution Zones broken at 15x speed and below

Please see attached.

Switch to 'Player' side. Play at 15x speed. The patrol aircraft ignore the enemy flight in its prosecution zone, unless they happen to make a detection with their own radar. They don't seem to care when only the destroyer's radar is making the detection.

At flame speed, the prosecution zone is respected, about as normal.

Not the OP, but ran a test on 1328.17; as far as I can tell, the actions of the CAP appear to be WAD, thanks

I have not had a chance to test this issue yet.

The original issue seems fixed so far, but another issue has emerged that I describe in another thread.
The boogabooga doctrine for CMO: Any intentional human intervention needs to be able to completely and reliably over-ride anything that the AI is doing at any time.
