Ability to convert Soviet Rifle Corps to reduced strength corps

Is there the ability to convert full strength corps to reduced strength corps?

If not I would really like it. I am currently in December 1943 on the grand campaign and I really need to shave off manpower to bring my main forces up to strength. Ofcourse these reduced strength corps exist for a reason. It would be really nice if I could convert my existing corps down to reduced strength corps on low intensity sectors of the front to shave off that manpower and concentrate it where I need it. I really dont want to have to build new reduced strength corps and scrap existing corps etc etc, the ability to downgrade (and upgrade) my rifle corps would be very nice.

Just do not build too many infantry-heavy units and/or do not lose too many units. AFAIR the reduced strength corps may not become guards.
