Chose to save the Greek militia since it will come back in Greece next turn. We can change this if don't like this decision.

I will be away for an hour. It's best that the person who does RTB first send further instructions for the EOT in order to avoid the oil bug. Once the USA and USSR enter the war that becomes a lot harder but I think that's best for now. Let me know if you feel otherwise.
