Dawn, Nightfall and Onboard Aircraft Ranges

Couple of basics I can't find (Steam, build 1328.18)...

> are local times of dawn and nightfall given anywhere, for e.g. planning missions where visual sightings are a factor?

> is it possible to see the range of an aircraft in a hangar or aboard ship? I can't get anything from the "Aircraft Operations" tab (would depend on the speed the aircraft was planning to work at)?

The problem with this is that the aircraft range/radius will depend on the loadout it is currently sporting.
