Problems when reloading saved tutorial mission

Problems when reloading saved tutorial mission

When i save any tutorial mission and reload it,

- [ ] it wont show any scenario messages after the reload point. i.e. if there are 5 instructions and i saved the scenario after 2, when i reload i wont see next 3 instructions.

- [ ] Clicking on restart scenario after finishing it doens't work
