WEGO World War II: Stalingrad - v1.0.4 Beta Update

Hi Everyone,

We have a new open beta update ready for you to download and play. There are further improvements made to the Editor, as well as bug fixes and the addition of farmland. The full changelog can be seen below. Please let us know what you think of all the latest additions in this latest patch.

v1.00.04 – 23rd April 2024

Bugs:
• Click Move - cannot assign air missions over enemy units.
• Click Move - should de-select unit when air/ground/naval asset selected
• Village and Damage in Open hexes should state “Village” or “Damaged” – currently they state
“Open”

Editor:
• Restrictions dialog renamed to “allowed missions”
• Map Tab - when invalid hex selected, should clear hex data (currently showing previously
selected hex data).
• Air Tab - type selection inconsistently switches between for example “Recon” and “AIRRECON”
for Air Unit Type. Use “Recon”, “Attack” etc all the time. Same for Ground Assets.

Editor:
• "File" - "Save filename with scenario version" option added.
o if selected, then scenario will be saved with name + version,
o E.g. saving "myScn" will save file as "myScen_0-3" for version 0.3,
o and saving again will save as "myScn_0-4" for 0.4 etc.
o If myScn_0-3 is loaded and then saved (so save version 0.4) and "myScn_0-4" already
exists,
o the SaveAs will be shown, and the "myScn_0-4" will not be overwritten.

Game:
• Added Farmland

AI
• PAUSE - pause only worked for an ORG, now works for a unit.

Hi,
Could people please try out the new UI as don't want to release it into the wild with bugs :D
As far as I can tell, it works, but one always slips through.

if I upgrade..what happens to ongoing multiplayer games started with 1.03?

Downloaded it yesterday plan on installing it and trying today if work allows.
